Q. How do we ask questions, seek info or make a special request?
A. We prefer all requests be made by email to relax@lovedalecottages.com.au. We will reply ASAP in writing so there is no confusion later on.
Q. Are there taxis available?
A. Yes, Cessnock Radio Cabs and Hunter Valley Taxico service our area.
Q. Can I request an early checkin or a late checkout?
A. Yes, it is free but subject to availability. About 90% of our guests are offered a complementary late checkout by text on the morning of departure.
Q. Is a late checkin available?
A. Yes, a late checkin ANYTIME after 2pm is not a problem. Email us your checkin time and we will ask our staff to turn on the lights for you. See the next answer for basic self checkin info.
Q. Is it easy to checkin?
A. Yes, we have self checkin. As you enter the property there is a notice board with your name and cottage number. Follow the signs to your cottage.

Q. Is breakfast supplied?
A. Yes. A substantial breakfast hamper is in your cottage when you arrive. We consider this is enough for all your breakfasts.
Q. Is Wi-Fi available?
A. Yes Wi-Fi is available in all cottages. You will receive the password by email before arrival.
Q. Are there Smart TV’s?
A. Yes, each cottage has a Smart TV.
Q. What are the smoking rules?
A. No smoking indoors but ok outside.
